Fraydi Wahya Ananda

Fraydi Wahya Ananda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of HR Strategy & Business Partner at RedDoorz since September 2020, Fraydi leads initiatives that drive organizational development and enhance business performance, including the creation of a performance tracking system. Previous roles include People Operations Manager and Senior HRGA & Compensation Benefits at RedDoorz, where Fraydi implemented key performance frameworks and ensured payroll accuracy. Prior to RedDoorz, Fraydi worked at PT Surya Internusa Hotels as Corporate Assistant HRGA Manager and at PT Grahawita Santika, focusing on talent acquisition and HR operations. Fraydi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from STIE YKPN Yogyakarta.
