Associate VP Customer & Partner Support at RedDoorz

Tia Ria Dini has a strong background in customer service and management. Tia started their career as a Call Center Agent at PT Infomedia Nusantara in June 2012 and quickly progressed to the role of Call Center Supervisor in February 2013. In September 2014, they joined Transcosmos Indonesia (Official) as a Call Center Supervisor before being promoted to CONTACT CENTER OPERATION MANAGER in February 2015. Tia then moved on to RedDoorz in January 2017 as a Customer Service Manager, eventually becoming the Head of Customer Service in April 2018. In March 2019, they were promoted to Associate VP-Customer Service, and in May 2021, they assumed the role of Associate VP Customer & Partner Support. Tia's diverse experience in customer service and leadership positions has equipped their with valuable skills in team development, performance management, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. Tia also briefly worked as an Academic Administrator at STMIK GANESHA-BANDUNG from September 2007 to February 2008.

Tia Ria Dini has studied Public Relations/Image Management at LSPR Communication and Business Institute, and Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management at POLITEKNIK PIKSI GANESHA.
