Deb Conklin

Deb Conklin is the CEO of Reddy Ice. Deb has over 25 years of experience in operations and management. Deb has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University.

Conklin began their career as a quality manager at Rexam Custom. Deb then became director of operations at Stanley Works. In 2004, they were promoted to vice president and general manager of the Entry Division at Masonite.

In 2007, Conklin left Masonite to join TPG Global as a senior operations advisor. Deb helped portfolio companies improve their operations and achieve their financial goals. In 2011, they became the chief operating officer of Hilex Poly.

In 2013, Conklin joined Centerbridge Partners as a managing director. Deb worked on strategy, sales, and marketing for multiple portfolio companies in the hospitality and manufacturing industries. Deb also served as CEO of Pei Wei and COO of Reddy Ice. In 2017, they became the CEO of Reddy Ice.

Deb Conklin has a BSIE from Clemson University and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Queens University of Charlotte.
