Tatiana Pacheco

Tatiana Pacheco serves as the COO and Managing Director at Cheil Brasil since January 2021, while also contributing as a Collaborator at Hyper Island Brasil and a Mentor at Inovativa Brasil and RME - Rede Mulher Empreendedora, where assistance is provided to startups and women-led businesses for growth and development. Previously, Tatiana held multiple leadership roles at RAPP from 2004 to 2019, including Managing Director, VP of Atendimento/Negócios e Mídia, and Director of Atendimento, focusing on organizational culture, business planning, client relations, and operational efficiency. Tatiana's educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from FIA, an AMP from Harvard University, and a degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Advertising from FAAP.
