Renata Broering

Renata Broering has held various roles in the engineering and business sectors since 2005. Renata began their career as an Estagiária de obras at Magno Martins Engenharia Ltda in 2005, before moving to Estrutura Engenharia Ltda. as an Engenheira Civil in 2006. Renata then joined Harcourt Consulting Engineers as a Junior Civil Engineer in 2008, followed by a role as Gerente de projetos at Sorial Sociedade Imobiliária in 2009. In 2011, they were appointed Coordenadora at Método Potencial Engenharia, and in 2017, they became Building and Infrastructure Contract Manager at Bureau Veritas Group. In 2021, they were hired as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at WillFly, and in 2022, they assumed the roles of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Head of New Business Development at GrupoRV, as well as Sócia and Diretora Comercial at SGP+.

Renata Broering obtained a Graduação in Engenharia Civil from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina between 2001 and 2006. Renata then completed an MBA - Gerenciamento de Projetos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2011 and 2012. In 2013, they attended Harvard Law School for Negotiation and Leadership. In 2018, they earned an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2022, they will pursue a Máster Internacional BIM Management en Ingeniería Civil y GIS from Universitat de Barcelona. In 2021, they obtained a Sales certification from G4 Educação.
