Renato Pontano

Renato Pontano has over 18 years of experience in software engineering and systems analysis, currently serving as Tech Lead and Software Engineer at Rede since September 2012. In these roles, Renato has led development teams in technical activities, documentation, and solution design, while also managing systems for client transactions. Previous positions include Tech Lead for mainframe systems, responsible for overseeing development sprints and managing billing and payments systems. Renato's earlier career includes senior system analyst roles at Stefanini - Cielo and CPM Braxis Capgemini, focusing on system improvements and credit analysis projects using various technologies such as COBOL and DB2. Renato began as a junior systems analyst at Accenture and worked as a mainframe programmer at IBM.
