Alexis McLaughlin

Alexis McLaughlin is the current CEO and Co-Founder of Redesign Health, a Stealth Company. Prior to this, they served as the CEO of 20/20 Onsite from July 2018 to April 2022. Alexis also held the position of SVP and General Manager of Target Optical from October 2009 to June 2018, where they were responsible for the P&L of the company. Additionally, McLaughlin has also served as the Senior Director of Buying and Planning at Target Optical, as well as the Director of Marketing at Pearle Vision.

Alexis McLaughlin has an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA in Economics from Boston University.
