Evan Gogel

Evan Gogel is an expert in building and commercializing early stage ventures. He currently leads Portfolio Operations at Redesign Health and serves on the board of Ever/Body. Previously, Evan led Operations at Redesign Health. He was also a co-founder of Vault Health, where he led company development through launch and Series A financing. Before Redesign, Evan led the seed portfolio of McKinsey New Ventures, where he managed the sourcing, screening, and investment process for more than 50 digital and advanced analytics assets ($500M+ in revenue). Prior to this, Evan was an Engagement Manager in McKinsey’s New York office, where he specialized in launching direct-to-consumer offerings for clients in the Consumer, Healthcare, and Financial Services sectors, with a particular focus on performance marketing and pricing. Evan previously worked at Zelnick Media Capital, Endeavor Global, and the Yale Investments Office. He graduated Yale University with a B.A., cum laude, in Ethics, Politics, & Economics, and also holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
