Harrison Phelps

Harrison Phelps currently serves as Chief of Staff at Redesign Health, a position held since January 2021, after previously working as an Associate in Ventures at the same company. Prior to this, Harrison Phelps gained valuable experience at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Business Analyst from October 2018 to January 2021. Additional experience includes roles as an Analyst for the Harvard College Consulting Group and an Intern at the World Health Organization in 2017. Harrison Phelps also served as Tour Manager for The Harvard Krokodiloes, Inc. from August 2015 to September 2016. Harrison Phelps holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Developmental and Regenerative Biology as well as Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University and completed the HBX CORe program at Harvard Business School.
