James Quarles

James Quarles is the current Venture Chair at Redesign Health. Prior to this, they served as CEO of Strava from May 2017 to November 2019. James was also Vice President of Instagram Business from September 2014 to May 2017. In addition, they have been a Trustee of Bigga Fish Ltd from January 2014 to December 2015, and an Advisor of Free:Formers from January 2013 to September 2020. Regional Director of EMEA at Facebook from March 2011 to September 2014, and Executive Director & General Manager of UK Public Sector at Dell from August 2004 to March 2011. Marketing at TiVo from January 2003 to December 2003.

James Quarles has an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management with a focus in marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. James also has a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Virginia.
