Sarah Cranston

Sarah Cranston is currently the Head of Startup Talent and Enablement at Redesign Health, where Sarah leads the People Experience team. Prior to their current role, Sarah served as the VP of People at Andela and Head of Professional Development & Talent Strategy at Medallia. With a background in HR, Sarah has experience working with global companies and governmental departments to drive organizational results through HR strategy. Sarah also has hands-on experience in workforce planning, training strategy, and operational readiness from their time at LOCOG. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Leeds and has studied French Law at Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
