VP, People Experience at Redesign Health

Sarah Cranston is currently the VP of People Experience at Redesign Health. Prior to that, they were the VP of People at Andela from March 2019 to July 2021. Before Andela, Sarah was the Head of Professional Development & Talent Strategy at Medallia from October 2013 to March 2019.

Sarah has a wealth of experience in leading people and talent initiatives. At Andela, they led the People function and was responsible for all aspects of employee experience, from onboarding to performance management. Sarah also developed tailored learning pathways and curriculum that were adopted department-wide. At Medallia, they grew the NYC office as the first Professional Services hire and led the company's cultural onboarding program with a NPS of 100. Sarah also introduced a department-wide goal setting process and organized offsites for up to 250 people with consistent NPS of +70.

Sarah Cranston has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Leeds, where they studied Law and French. Sarah also has a degree in French Law from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. In addition, they are certified in coaching for business leaders from HeySue.com.
