Erica Dolland, MS Ed, CHT, is a Learning Experience and Curriculum Designer at reDesign, specializing in innovative educational experiences aimed at middle and high school learners. With a background in holistic wellness coaching and curriculum development across various educational settings, Erica has contributed to initiatives such as reimagining a K-12 ELA content map through an anti-racist lens and redesigning mindfulness curriculum for K-12 students. Previous roles include academic leadership in the UAE’s Ministry of Education, where Erica improved student performance and facilitated professional development for educators, as well as instructional positions with Teach For America and various non-profit organizations. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Performance Studies and Writing, a Master of Science in Education, and has studied abroad in Florence, Italy.
