Jane Wiley

Jane Wiley has a diverse work experience, starting as a Research Analyst at Corporate Executive Board in 2005. Jane then worked as an Educational Issues Intern at AMERICAN FEDERATION OF TEACHERS AFL-CIO in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Research/Policy Associate at The Aspen Institute. In 2010, they transitioned to a Special Education Teacher role at Prince George's County Public Schools, where they worked until 2013. Jane then joined Alexandria City Public Schools as a Special Education Teacher from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, they joined District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) as a Coordinator, IMPACT Design, and later held the roles of Specialist, Learning Supports and Manager, Inclusion. Their most recent roles include Director of Consulting and Director of Adult Learning & Growth at reDesign, starting in 2021.

Jane Wiley completed their Master's degree in Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Virginia between 2000 and 2005.
