Christi Orndorff

Christi Orndorff has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Christi started their career as a Project Manager at Collins Signs in 1999 before moving on to become a General Services Manager and Enforcement Manager at Cleveland Golf/Srixon from 2003 to 2009. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Molina Healthcare, where they held roles such as Sr. HR Program Manager, Recruitment Project Analyst II, and Executive Assistant to the CIO. Christi then served as a Recruiting Manager at AtWork Personnel Services LA & OC and an HR Program Manager at Blackstone Consulting, Inc. In 2020, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Bambee and later took on the role of Director of People and Culture at REDESIGN. During their time at REDESIGN, they also worked as an IT Project Coordinator/Recruiter and a Contract Project Manager.
