Thaís Passarella

Thaís Passarella currently serves as the Head of Marketing, Channels & Growth at RedeTV!, a role initiated in November 2023, focusing on leading interactive entertainment platforms and optimizing business opportunities. Prior to this position, Thaís accumulated extensive experience at TecBan from December 2005 to October 2023, where responsibilities ranged from senior marketing leadership to branding and corporate communication. Additional roles include leading Mídia Banco24Horas, serving as a member of the Fiscal Council at ABA, and contributing as a columnist for Aberje. Thaís has also held marketing positions at TIM and Claro Brasil. Educational qualifications include a Post-MBA in Business Intelligence from FGV, a Master's in Change Management from Saint Paul Escola de Negócios, and an MBA in Marketing from FIA Business School, among other specialized courses in branding and business management.
