Chris Baker

Chris Baker has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Chris is currently working at Redevco as the Portfolio Director for the UK and also serves as the Co-Chair of the Redevco Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Working Group. Prior to this, they held the position of Asset Manager at Redevco and also served as the Co-Chair of the same working group. Before joining Redevco, Chris worked at intu as the Head of Partnerships - Lifestyle, Senior Asset Manager for St David's in Cardiff, and Senior Asset Manager for intu Lakeside. Chris also has experience working at Cushman & Wakefield as a Partner in Retail Services and as an Associate in the same department. Earlier in their career, they held roles at GCW Retail Property Consultants as an Associate Director and Surveyor, at News International as a Sales Executive, and at Nigel Wright Group as a Recruitment Consultant.

Chris Baker attended Aylesbury Grammar School from 1995 to 2000. Chris then went on to study History at Newcastle University from 2000 to 2003, earning a BA (Hons.) degree. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a PDip. Estate Management degree with a focus on Real Estate at London South Bank University.
