Katija Gehnen

Katija Gehnen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Katija began their career at Wippert & Friends in 1998 as a Kundenberaterin before moving on to Scholz & Friends as a Kundenberaterin in 2001. In 2004, they became an Account Managerin at MetaDesign until 2007. Katija then worked as a Projektmanagerin at Damm und Lindlar from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they joined kleiner und bold GmbH as a Projektmanagerin and later as a Manager Human Resources. In 2014, they joined BMG - The New Music Company as a Manager Human Resources, eventually taking on roles as Senior Human Resources Manager, Director Human Resources, and currently as Senior Director Human Resources Germany.

Katija Gehnen attended Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin from 1996 to 1998, where they pursued a field of study in Wirtschaftswissenschaften. Katija then furthered their education at Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft Berlin from 1998 to 2002, obtaining a degree in Diplom Kauffrau with a specialization in Wirtschaftswissenschaften.
