Chelsea Oruche

Chelsea Oruche serves as Outreach Manager, connecting employment social enterprises across the country to REDF programs that best fit their needs and goals. Chelsea is inspired by social enterprise’s ability to empower people who otherwise would be left behind to take charge of their lives and their futures.

Prior to joining REDF, Chelsea worked in education reform and corporate social responsibility. She also spent two years living and working in El Salvador as a Community Development Specialist in The Peace Corps.
