Chris Pallemaerts

Chris Pallemaerts has extensive experience in operations and purchasing within the real estate industry. Chris currently holds the role of Principal Operations Program Manager / Senior Manager at Redfin, where they are responsible for scaling Redfin's national renovation services and programs. In their role, they lead pricing, margin strategy, and overall financial performance for the Concierge renovation program, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders for effective execution of renovation operations.

Prior to their current role, Chris held various positions at Quadrant Homes from 1997 to 2020. Chris started as a Senior Purchasing Agent and progressed to Assistant Purchasing Manager, Purchasing Manager, and eventually became the Vice President Operations and Purchasing. As the Vice President, they guided the business through multiple transformational changes and innovations in response to market shifts, repositioning products, improving the customer experience, and enhancing the company's branding.

Before their tenure at Quadrant Homes, Chris worked as a Project Manager at Su Development from January 1996 to October 1997.

Chris Pallemaerts obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Chris attended the university from 1991 to 1995.
