Kathryn Rion has a diverse work experience ranging from various positions in real estate industry. Kathryn currently holds the position of Vice President of Real Estate Strategy & Programs at Redfin starting from February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Operations at Redfin from August 2020 to February 2022. Before that, they worked as the Director of Reops Buy-Side Strategy from July 2018 to August 2020.
