Jamal Bradford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jamal is currently working at Redgate Software as the Head of Customer Success. Prior to this, they served as the Client Success Director at Acoustic. Jamal also held various positions at IBM, including Senior Client Success Manager for IBM Watson Customer Engagement and Client Success Manager for IBM Analytics. At IBM, they were responsible for ensuring customer success, managing their business cases, and supporting them throughout the customer lifecycle. Before IBM, Jamal worked at O2 UK as a Sales Adviser and at Nationwide Building Society as a Customer Adviser. Jamal also had roles at Bournemouth University as a Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Leader and Student Ambassador.
Jamal Bradford received a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Operations and Project Management from Bournemouth University in 2013. In 2025, they completed an Executive Diploma in Advanced Strategic Management & Leadership (Senior Leader Apprenticeship) from Henley Business School. In addition, they obtained the certification of O2 Top Sales Adviser For Q4 (Southwest) during their tenure as an Area Manager at O2 in 2011.
