Ana M. Cabassa-Torres

Ana is a skilled attorney with over a decade of experience representing and advising clients in securities, antitrust, and complex litigation matters with extensive background with discovery issues. She counsels clients on strategic and cost-effective litigation strategies and works diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk, and build fact-based arguments to achieve favorable outcomes. Ana oversees all day-to-day aspects of litigation, including handling investigation and analysis, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, and responding to interrogatories and document requests. In addition, she has extensive experience surrounding trial preparation and participation, including developing trial exhibits, drafting statements of facts, and handling pre-and post-trial briefings.
