Anastasia Belinskaya

Anastasia Belinskaya is a Partner at Redgrave, where they lead the Industrial practice. Anastasia has over 25 years of experience in executive search and corporate finance.

Belinskaya began their career as an auditor at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where they worked for three years. Anastasia then transitioned to UBS Investment Bank, where they spent 10 years as the Chief Operating Officer of the European Industrial sector team in the Corporate Finance Department. In 2006, they left UBS to join Rice & Dore as an Executive Search Consultant.

In 2009, Belinskaya joined Blackwood, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become an Executive Search Consultant and Head of the Industrial practice. Anastasia spent nine years at Blackwood before moving to Redgrave in 2018.

Their manager is Paul Burnell, CEO. They work with Tom Henderson - Principal Consultant, Head of Mobility, Matthew Taylor - Principal Consultant, and Conrad Hills - Partner.
