Paul Burnell

Paul Burnell is the CEO of Redgrave. Paul has a long and successful history in business turnaround and customer service improvement. Paul was headhunted to the role of Group Sales and Customer Services Director at ATS Euromaster in September 2005. The company was in the red, and Paul was tasked with leading the management team to get it back on track.

In two years, Paul turned the company around, increasing sales turnover by 7% and transforming the product-led offer into a service-led offer that improved overall margin % age by 10%. Paul restructured the Sales and Customer Services Leadership Team, implementing professional sales processes and frameworks utilising best practices from other industries. Paul also restructured the sales population through performance management and the implementation of a new recruitment process to attract professional account management and sales professionals.

Paul Burnell studied law, accountancy and land economy at De Montfort University. Paul also has a certification from LinkedIn in selling to executives.
