Todd Harshbarger has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting roles. Todd began their career at ConAgra Foods, where they served as a Complex Controller for a poultry complex in Gainesville, GA. In this role, they were responsible for managing financial activities, preparing reports, and overseeing accounting transactions.
After their time at ConAgra Foods, Harshbarger joined Cargill, where they held various positions. Todd first served as a Production Manager, overseeing operations in the further processing departments. Todd then became a Plant Controller in Waco, TX, where they managed and developed location teams and was responsible for financial reporting and planning.
Harshbarger then moved into the role of Accounting and Finance Manager, leading location Accounting and Finance teams at various Cargill Protein locations. In this role, they focused on integrated business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cost/expense analysis.
Todd'smost recent role before joining RedGuard was as a Process Deployment Lead Finance at Cargill. In this position, Harshbarger coordinated efforts to implement improved business processes and ensure successful deployment of enterprise resource planning systems.
Currently, Harshbarger is working as a Manufacturing Controller at RedGuard. In this role, they are a business partner for multiple plants and product lines, responsible for accounting, reporting, analysis, and gross margin management.
Todd Harshbarger completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Southern Arkansas University, from 1991 to 1995. Todd went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General at Webster University, which they completed in 2008.
