Ariel Adam is an experienced software engineering leader with a strong background in networking technologies, virtualization, and open-source projects. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Red Hat since March 2018, Ariel manages multiple teams focused on virito-networking technologies, kata containers, and CI/CD frameworks. Prior roles at Red Hat included managing global teams in Linux Kernel networking and developing open standard networking solutions. Previously, Ariel held managerial positions at Amdocs and Ceragon Networks, overseeing software development for NFV and SDN projects, contributing to the Linux foundation open-source initiatives, and leading the wireless and mobile working group within the Open Networking Foundation. Ariel's early career involved developing networking engines and wireless backhaul systems at Ceragon and AudioCodes. Educationally, Ariel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, a Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, all from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
