Kirsten Newcomer

Kirsten Newcomer is an experienced professional in product management and strategy, currently serving as the Director of Cloud and DevSecOps Strategy at Red Hat since February 2016. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Product Manager for OpenShift and management of security solutions across Red Hat's portfolio, Kirsten has demonstrated expertise in aligning product offerings with business objectives. Prior to Red Hat, Kirsten held significant positions at Black Duck Software, providing strategic direction as Director of Product Management and overseeing the flagship product, Black Duck Protex. Additional experience includes senior product management roles at BMC Software and Rational Software, focusing on Software Configuration Management solutions. Kirsten's educational foundation includes a BA in American History from Marlboro College.
