Meghan Tilley

Meghan Tilley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as the Director of HR Strategy and Internal Operations and Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Red Hat since April 2021, Meghan supports the HR organization overseeing talent strategy for over 800 employees globally. Prior to this role, Meghan spent six years at Cisco in various positions, including Project Manager in the Human Resources Transformation Office, where innovative talent empowerment solutions were developed, and Manager of the Career Experiences Team, focusing on employee growth and learning programs. Earlier experience includes managing multimillion-dollar electronic health record software implementation projects at Epic. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Duke University.
