Meghan Tilley

Meghan Tilley is an accomplished human resources professional currently serving as the Director of HR Strategy and Internal Operations and Chief of Staff to the CHRO at Red Hat since April 2021. In this role, Meghan supports the HR organization overseeing talent strategy for over 800 employees globally and leads a team of 10 program managers focused on delivering key projects. Prior to Red Hat, Meghan held several positions at Cisco from April 2015 to April 2021, including Project Manager in the Human Resources Transformation Office, Manager of the Career Experiences Team, and Project Manager for the Leader Day initiative. Meghan's early career included a role as an Application Manager at Epic, where complex healthcare software implementations were managed. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Duke University.
