Paulo Souza

Paulo Souza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and business leadership within the telecommunications and technology sectors. As the Director of Telco Latin America at Red Hat since September 2020, Paulo leads the sales unit responsible for strategy and customer relationships with telecommunication entities in Brazil. Previously, Paulo worked at IBM for 16 years in various senior roles, including Senior Sales Account Executive and Business Unit Executive, where responsibilities included managing sales for major clients like TELEFONICA/VIVO and overseeing the IBM Hybrid Cloud Division in Brazil. Early career roles at Ingram Micro and EMC provided foundational sales experience.
