Saumik Paul has over 11 years of experience in technical support and systems administration, currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer for OpenStack at Red Hat since June 2016. In this role, responsibilities include resolving problems related to the Red Hat OpenStack Platform and analyzing root causes for reported issues. Previous positions at Red Hat involved serving as a Senior Systems Administrator, addressing infrastructure challenges, and creating automation scripts as a Services Content Architect.
