Szabolcs Gleszer

Szabolcs Gleszer is an experienced architect currently working at Red Hat since October 2022, specializing as a Cloud Native Architect. Prior to this role, Szabolcs has been with IBM Client Innovation Center Austria since February 2017, where responsibilities included leading Growth Platform for Hybrid Cloud Services and serving as a People Manager, focusing on resource management and colleague development. Previous experience encompasses a position as a Software Developer, designing full-stack cloud and on-premise solutions for various clients in Austria, as well as a Software Engineer role at AdNovum, developing software solutions for Swiss financial institutions. Szabolcs began the professional journey with an internship at Software AG, modernizing a test management tool. Educational background includes a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
