Zdenek Novacek Itil® Expert

Zdenek Novacek is an ITIL® Expert currently serving as Software Engineering Manager for Product Security at Red Hat since August 2022, leading a team focused on developing internal tools for Secure Development and Supply Chain Teams. Prior experience includes serving as Delivery Manager at FNZ Group, managing a team of developers and testers, and various leadership roles at IBM from 2005 to 2020, including Security, Risk & Compliance Manager, where Zdenek oversaw risk management and compliance for a major German banking client. Zdenek has a solid foundation in team leadership and process governance, having led teams ranging from 40 technical engineers to account management roles ensuring high service quality. Zdenek holds a degree from Masaryk University Brno, completed in 2008.
