Vladislav Burda is the founder and president of the Family Business Network Ukraine, which they established in 2009. Vladislav successfully promoted the values of FBN International in Ukraine and grew the network to 50 family members. Prior to this, in 1994, Vladislav founded the RedHead Family Business Corporation, where they served as the CEO. Under their leadership, the company grew to have over 50 stores, including supermarkets for kids Antoshka, a shopping and entertainment center for children called Mega-Antoshka, and a chain of exclusive retail boutiques called Daniel. The company also owns a large commercial real estate portfolio of store, office, and warehouse properties.
Vladislav Burda has a diverse education history spanning different years and institutions. In 1989, they completed their Master of Science degree in Computer Science with a major in Systems Analysis from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University. Vladislav then went on to attend the IMD INTERNATIONAL, LODH Family Business Research Center in 2003, where they completed a Public Program for Family Business. In 2009, Vladislav pursued an Executive MBA degree with a focus on Family Business from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business. During this time, they also studied Strategy, Finance, and Macroeconomics. Vladislav later received a second EMBA degree from Kennesaw State University in 2011, specializing in Family Business. In 2017, Vladislav attended the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy (UCGA) and completed The Board Direction Program. Lastly, in 2019, they briefly studied at the IESE Business School in a program called Value Creation Through Effective Board.
