Heather Russell

Heather Russell holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia College, completed in April 2022, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, obtained in 2011 from the same institution. With professional experience in public administration, Heather has served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the City of Columbia, Missouri, and held multiple roles including City Administrator and City Clerk for the City of Centralia, Missouri. Additionally, Heather worked as a Workforce Development Case Manager at Ozark Action, Inc. Heather is certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), a Senior Certified Professional by the International Public Management Association (IPMA-SCP), and as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
