Layne Dugger

Layne Dugger serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at United Surfaces, a division of Textile Management Associates, since January 2023. Previously, Dugger held various positions at Shaw Industries from September 1986, culminating as Vice President of National Accounts from July 2016 to July 2022, managing $600M in revenue and overseeing key strategic initiatives. Other roles included VP National Business Development Manager, where Dugger directed national account sales for the Multi-Family, Student Housing, and Senior Living channels, and Strategic Account Manager, focused on maximizing market share in the Southeast region. Dugger’s career at Shaw also featured significant achievements in territory expansion and operational management, beginning as an Operations Manager and progressing through multiple leadership roles. Dugger holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Transportation and Materials Moving and Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
