Lisa Cope

Lisa Cope possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting management across various industries. Currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Symrise AG since February 2023, Lisa also holds the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at redi-Group North America, LLC, a role commenced in August 2022. Prior to this, Lisa was with redi-Group North America from October 2016 to August 2020 as Recruiting Manager. Additionally, Lisa contributed to Draexlmaier Automotive of America as US Corporate Recruiting Manager from April 2011 to October 2016, where responsibilities included staffing initiatives for multiple operations.
