Melissa Covenant

Melissa Covenant is an experienced nurse practitioner specializing in endocrinology at Redington-Fairview General Hospital since January 2022. Previously, Melissa served as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Healthreach Community Health and as an ARNP in Family Practice at Columbia Valley Community Health, where responsibilities included managing a personal patient panel and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. With an extensive background that includes roles as a Resource RN and Relief Charge Nurse at Central Washington Hospital, Melissa has provided direct patient care in various units, including progressive care and the emergency room. In addition to clinical roles, experience includes serving as a Clinical Training Coordinator, where educational programs were developed and delivered to staff. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Gonzaga University and completed a Bachelor of Nursing at Washington State University, along with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Wenatchee Valley College.
