Dianna Hosford

Dianna Hosford, MS, currently serves as a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Redis since February 2024. Previously, Dianna held various roles at Zscaler from January 2020 to December 2023, including Manager of Learning Systems and Learning Experience Designer for Sales Strategy and Enablement. Dianna’s experience also includes working as a Learning Management Systems Administrator and eLearning Specialist at Nonprofit Management Services of Colorado from April 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing LMS functions and developing eLearning courses. Prior positions include Recruitment and Training Specialist at Douglas County, Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator at UNT Health Science Center, and roles in recruitment and sales at Randstad and Thomson Reuters. Dianna earned a Master of Science in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas and holds two Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in International Business and Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
