Edna Yan

Edna Yan has an extensive work experience spanning over several different roles and companies. Currently, they are the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Redis, a Series G unicorn valued at more than $1 billion. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Cribl. At DataRobot, Edna held the positions of Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition and Vice President, WW GTM Talent, where they oversaw hiring strategies and restructured the talent acquisition teams. Edna also served as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition - GTM at AppDynamics, where they led the global sales talent team and implemented talent programs. Earlier in their career, Edna founded and managed MDY Partners International, a high touch, low volume retain search firm for software companies. Edna also gained experience at Dynatrace / Compuware and Kforce Technology Staffing. Prior to entering the software industry, Edna worked at The Walt Disney Company/KCAL-TV and served as an assistant to an NBA Sport Agent, where they recruited basketball talents and worked on various legal and business affairs projects.

Edna Yan studied Finance, International Law, and Real Estate at California State University, Long Beach.
