Kevin Lim 林德义 has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. Kevin is currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Sales, APAC at Redis, where they are responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy and expansion of the business in the APAC region. Prior to Redis, Kevin held various leadership roles at Dataiku, Dell Technologies, Rubrik, Delphix, Cisco, IBM, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Throughout their career, Kevin has achieved significant milestones, such as closing the largest deal in APAC for Dataiku and propelling Rubrik from zero to double-digit revenue in Asia with a remarkable growth rate. Kevin's expertise lies in enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, data protection, cyber recovery, and digital transformation.

Kevin Lim 林德义 has completed several executive programs at prominent institutions such as Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Kevin has pursued studies in Cyber Security Risk Management at Harvard University and Leadership as well as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, Kevin has attained a degree in Business Administration and Management from thePower. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dubuque.
