Shai Maskit

Shai Maskit has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shai started their career in 2002 at the Israel Intelligence Corps, Main Technology Unit. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Kaminario, where they held various roles, including Software Engineer and Director of Technical Marketing. During this time, they managed the product lifecycle, introduced new features, and developed content for product and company collaterals. In 2017, Shai joined Dell EMC PowerFlex (ScaleIO) as the Director of Product Management, leading a global team and defining the long-term product roadmap. Currently, they are Vice President of Product Management at Redis, a position they have held since 2021.

Shai Maskit earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE) from Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Electrical Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010. In addition, Shai has a certification as a Life Guard, obtained in the year 2000.
