Sydney Coultis is a Principal Learning Experience Designer at Redis, with prior roles including Manager and Senior Learning Experience Designer at Zscaler. Sydney has extensive experience in leading the design process for engaging learning experiences tailored for various GTM personas. At Zscaler, Sydney developed effective learning journeys for sales, customers, and partners, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Sydney's background includes instructional design at YES! Communities, where innovative eLearning experiences were created to enhance employee performance. Additional experience includes eLearning development for diverse industries at Water Bear Learning, childcare guidance for a private family client, and teaching at The Ohana School of Early Learning. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
