Tal Shkolnik

Tal Shkolnik has a strong background in technology and management. Tal started their career in the Israel Defense Forces as an Intelligence Officer, where they led strategic projects and received recognition for their work. After leaving the military, Tal worked as a Web Developer at Ad-Gency and later as a Senior Web Developer at ConicIT. Tal then transitioned into project management at Eshet incoming, where they oversaw the development and coordination of the company's B2C businesses. In 2012, Tal joined Oracle as a Security Field Manager and Architect, responsible for managing and securing customer systems. Tal then moved to GigaSpaces as a Senior Application Architect, specializing in mission-critical applications and cloud automation. Currently, Tal holds various high-level positions at Redis, including SVP Solution Architects and VP Solution Architects EMEA & APAC. Throughout their career, Tal has consistently demonstrated expertise in technology, leadership, and solution architecture.

Tal Shkolnik obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and International Relations from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, between 1996 and 2000, they attended Blich High School, where they studied Computer Science.
