Yaniv Goltshian

Yaniv Goltshian has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Yaniv currently holds the position of Director of Software Engineering at Redis since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at EX.CO as an R&D Group Manager from October 2019 to June 2022. In this role, they led multiple R&D teams, managed project execution, and was responsible for recruiting and developing top engineering talent.

Before joining EX.CO, Yaniv worked at Playbuzz, where they were a Team Leader from March 2017 to October 2019. Yaniv was a Full Stack Developer at Playbuzz from July 2016 to March 2017. At Playbuzz, they led a team, designed architectures, and developed server and client-side components.

Yaniv also gained experience at Zerto as a Team Leader from November 2015 to July 2016. Prior to that, they were a Senior Back End Developer at Zerto from August 2014 to November 2015. Their responsibilities included software development, server-side design, and project management.

Earlier in their career, Yaniv worked at NCR Corporation as a Software Engineer from July 2011 to August 2014. Yaniv developed core software on the server side and possessed skills in .NET, SQL Server, and Scrum methodology.

Yaniv started their career as a Software Engineer at Ben Gurion University of the Negev, where they held a student position from 2010 to 2011. Yaniv also served as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces from September 2002 to August 2006.

Yaniv Goltshian attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Computer Science.
