Pamela Jarrell has extensive experience in client services and technical support, currently serving as a Client Services Representative at Re:discovery Software, Inc. since 1997. Responsibilities include providing technical support for collections management and web module products, assisting clients with upgrades, and collaborating with staff to resolve technical issues.
