Justin Dierking has been working in the software development industry since 2004. Justin began their career as a Junior Software Engineer at Applied Optimization, where they wrote image processing software in Matlab and conceived and wrote satellite tracking software. In 2005, they began working as a Signal Support Tech (255A) at USAR. In 2008, they became a Systems Administrator and Information Technology Security Analyst at TecPort Solutions Inc., where they provided expertise as a short-term consultant for the Office of Naval Research. In 2014, they began working at Hardbit Solutions as a Software Developer, where they wrote and demonstrated a PCAT2PY for scanning and remediating security findings on Windows and Linux based information systems. In 2018, they began working at Chase as an Advanced Software Engineer, developing and integrating cloud-based microservices for evaluating the viability of small business loans and loan offers. Justin also began working at The Judge Group in the same role. In 2019, they began working at Redjack as a Senior Software Developer, leading the development of a threat intelligence curation platform.

Justin Dierking attended Basic Combat Training at FORT JACKSON SC in 2006. Justin then attended SIGNAL SCHOOL, FORT GORDON GA in 2006, where they studied Signal Support Systems Specialist. Justin attended the same school again in 2012 to study Signal Systems Support Technician Warrant Officer Basic and Warrant Officer Candidate School. In 2013 and 2014, they attended SIGNAL SCHOOL, FORT GORDON GA to become an Information Services Technician Warrant Officer Basic. Justin then earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Park University between 2015 and 2017. Justin also obtained certifications from Microsoft (MCTS, 2014), (ISC)² (CISSP, 2020), and CompTIA (Security+ (SYS201), 2009).
