India Black

India Black has over 10 years of professional experience in the financial services and non-profit industries. India began their career in 2011 as a Usability and Logistics Coordinator at the American Red Cross. In 2012, they joined Bank of America as an Officer, Global Financial Crimes Compliance Specialist. India then moved to Wells Fargo in 2017 as a Financial Crimes Consultant III. In 2018, they joined Banco Popular as an AML Analyst III. In 2020, they returned to Wells Fargo as a Business Initiatives Consultant 3/UAT Lead. Currently, they are a Senior Business Analyst and UAT Lead at REDLEO SOFTWARE INC. In their roles, they have been responsible for defining testing strategies, performing detailed system and data analysis, developing and/or implementing testing strategies and methodologies, managing test data, creating and working across LOBS to implement best practices for customer engagement, and tracking and managing defects.

India Black attended Belmont Abbey College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Liberal Studies.
