Gregory Gregonis

Gregory Gregonis has extensive work experience in project management and supply chain consultation. Gregory is the owner of Transition2Done, LLC, where they provide project management and consultation support to clients. Gregory has experience optimizing logistics operations, integrating 3PL systems, and developing policies and processes for finance and inventory control.

Additionally, Gregory has held various leadership roles at the LEGO Group, including Senior Manager Distribution Americas B2B and Senior Manager Projects, Distribution Americas. In these roles, they managed operations and stakeholder relationships, directed projects, and provided change management support. Gregory also worked as a Principle Project Manager and Principle Engineer, leading cross-functional teams and implementing process improvements.

Furthermore, Gregory has served as the Vice President of Professional Development (Programs) Pro Bono at the Southern New England Chapter of PMI. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in project management, supply chain, and process optimization.

Gregory Gregonis has a Master's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Rensselaer at Work and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of New Haven. Gregory also has a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources/Conservation, General from the University of Connecticut and has pursued studies in Logistics, Warehousing, and Fulfillment at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
