Marc Rubino

Marc Rubino is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in investment and technology. As the Founder and CEO of Kings Ventures since 2007, Rubino leads a boutique investment firm specializing in small to mid-sized business transitions. Concurrently, Rubino founded SmartPar in 2024, focusing on innovative, AI-driven solutions for hospital inventory management. In addition, Rubino serves as CEO of Clark Services Group, recognized among the fastest-growing companies in Philadelphia. As Treasurer of Glenside Auto Sales Company, Inc., Rubino oversees operations for a long-standing automotive aggregator. Since 2007, Rubino has also been the Founder of Redline Automotive Merchandising, enhancing dealership inventory advertising. Recently, Rubino contributed as a Board Member at Predian, emphasizing cloud-native AI for inventory management. Previously, Rubino was the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of GoMoto until its acquisition in 2020.
