Anna Chung

Anna Chung has over 8 years of work experience in various industries. In 2020, they began working at RedMart as a Senior Product Designer and previously held the role of Product Designer. In 2019, they worked as a User Experience Designer at CXA Group, a Series B insurtech startup. In 2018, they worked at ThinkPlace as an Experience Designer and Designer. In 2017, they were an Fintech Analyst at DBS Bank's Innovation Group. In 2016, they were a Service Design Intern at ThinkPlace and a Training & Programmes Lead at TalentTribe Asia. In 2015, they were a Research Analyst for Programme Design & Impact Assessment at WeCare Community Enabling Network. In 2014, they were an Equities Research Intern at CIMB. In 2012, they were a Market Analyst Intern at International Enterprise Singapore's Department of Oil & Gas & Natural Resources.

Anna Chung has a diverse educational background. Anna attended Methodist Girls' School from 2006 to 2009, followed by Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) from 2010 to 2011. Anna then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance) and Bachelor of Science (Economics) at Singapore Management University, graduating in 2017. In 2015, Anna participated in an international exchange programme at Olin Business School and College of Arts & Sciences at Washington University in St. Louis. Anna also attended the Pembroke-King’s Programme at the University of Cambridge in 2013. In 2018, Anna obtained a Certificate in User Experience (UX) Design from General Assembly. Additionally, Anna has obtained several certifications, including Human-Centred Service Design from IDEO U in 2022, Running Product Design Sprints from Coursera in 2020, Sensemaking for Impact Masterclass from Studio D Radiodurans in 2019, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® from Project Management Institute in 2018, and Design Kit: The Course for Human-Centered Design from IDEO.org.
